Tai Chi Found to Help Arthritis Sufferers In an article published by the Arthritis Care & Research, Tai Chi, an ancient Chinese martial art, has been found to reduce tension. Those who reviewed the study at Australia’s University of Sydney said that the positive effects were seen within fifteen weeks of three weekly classes. Classes were held in a variety of local's throughout Sydney, and student's were volunteers from a local arthritis study.
Students claim to have a markedly improved range of motion without customary pain, as well as less joint numbness.
